Your board is really hard to navigate most of the time. I would suggest making one section for site stuff (news, suggestions, problems etc.). One for gaming (Wii, Hacking, Online; once you guys get more activity, you can make more forums.) and One for Off-topic things (Off-topic, Photo/art gallery, etc.) 2. Advertise. You guys should really look into adding affiliates, and promoting on sites, like this one: http://forumpromotion.net/phpBB3/index.php 3. Staff. I see that your mod hasn't been on in over a month. It would probably be best to demote staff members that aren't active. :/ 4. Secret Staff Forums. For the staff to talk, you guys should really make a secret forum, that only staff can view. 5. Skins.
