No items 2. Neutral Stages 3. 5 Stock matches 4. 1 VS 1 matches only 5. Must have at least 20 posts to enter 6. Best 2 out of 3, unless you and your opponent agree on it otherwise All rounds will be held Saturday, February 28. Once sign ups are closed, I will decide on what kind of tournament I want depending on how many people signed up. Only sign up if you want to be a mod! If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Smashville is an example of a neutral stage other than the ones you mentioned. An example of a non-neutral stage is Pictochat because there are hazards in it. Another stage that wouldn't work is green hill zone, because its a runoff stage. Delfino Plaza isn't either, at certain points, it is a walk off stage. Feel free to use all the characters you want. To sign up, leave your brawl friend code.

Regulars turn into veterans. A mod (Moderator) mods other people's posts. He can edit them, delete them, pin topics, close topics, whatever. That comes with a lot of responsibility though. If you abuse the power, I'd have to punish you.
